17 -17.30 น.: เดินขบวน จากพุทธสถาน ถึงประตูท่าแพ
17.30 – 20.30 น. เฉลิมฉลองวันสตรีสากล ณ ประตูท่าแพ
วันที่ 8 มีนาคมของทุกปี เป็นวันแห่งการเฉลิมฉลองวันสตรีสากล
เป็นวันแห่งการตระหนักถึงผู้หญิงทุกคน ที่ยังต้องต่อสู้เพื่อสิทธิผู้หญิง ในทุกๆชีวิตประจำวัน เพื่อสร้างสังคมที่เท่าเทียมและเป็นธรรม นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นวันที่มีการประท้วง การสไตรส์ และ ลุกขึ้นของผู้จริงจากทุกมุมโลก
ในเดียวกันนี้เอง ที่เชียงใหม่ ประเทศไทย เครือข่ายภาคประชาสังคมเพื่อความเสมอภาคระหว่างเพศ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยภาควิชาสตรีศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ องค์กรพัฒนาสร้างสรรค์อนาคตเยาวชน องค์กรวี-เดย์ ประเทศไทย (V-Day Thailand) ศูนย์ช่วยเหลือผู้หญิงและเด็ก และอาสาสมัครกฎหมายเพื่อผู้หญิง มูลนิธิเอ็มเพาว์เวร์ มูลนิธิแมพ มูลนิธิพัฒนางานผู้สูงอายุ (FOPDEV) มูลนิธิสิทธิมนุษยชนเพื่อการพัฒนา(HRDF) สหพันธ์คนงานข้ามชาติ (MWF) เครือข่ายสตรีชนพื้นเมือง แห่งประเทศไทย เครือข่ายผู้พิการ โกลบอลเชียงใหม่, มูลนิธิประกายแสง องค์กร SWAN กลุ่ม Young Pride Club และ องกรผู้หญิง กฎหมายและการพัฒนา แห่เอเชีย-แปซิฟิก ร่วมกันจัดงาน วันสตรีสากล ประจำปี 2560 : ไสตรส์ แล้ว ลุกขึ้น เพื่อความเป็นธรรม (International Women Day 2020: Strike, Rise, Equity)
หากคุณอยู่ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในวันที่ 8 มีนาคมโปรดมาร่วมเดินขบวนเพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ้งของการประท้วงทั่วโลกของผู้หญิง มาร่วมรับฟังคำแถลงจากชุมชนและองค์กรเครือข่าย และร่วมสนุกกับการแสดง การร้องเพลงและการเต้นรณรงค์ส่งเสริมสิทธิมนุษยชนผู้หญิง
สำหรับไฮไลท์ของกิจกรรมนอกจากจะมีการเดินขบวน เพื่อร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการประท้วงของผู้หญิงจากทั่วโลก: ถ้าผู้หญิงหยุด โลกหยุด (Women’s Global Strike : If the women stop, the world stop) ในช่วงเวลา 17 – 17.30 น. จากพุทธสถานมายังประตูท่าแพแล้ว ยังมีกิจกรรมสุดท้ายในช่วงเวลา 20.30- 21.00 น. ซึ่งเป็นการเต้นรณรงค์ หนึ่งพันล้านเสียง ยุติความรุนแรง และส่งเสริมสิทธิมนุษยชนของผู้หญิงและผู้หญิงที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ เพื่อร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งกับหลายประเทศทั่วโลกที่ลุกขึ้นต่อต้านความรุนแรงที่เกิดขึ้นกับผู้หญิง

16.30 น. – 17.00 น. : ตั้งขบวน
17.00 น. – 17.30 น. : การเดินขบวนประท้วงทั่วโลกของสตรี: เริ่มต้นจากพระพุทธสถานเชียงใหม่ จนถึง ประตูท่าแพ
17:30 น. – 18:00 น. : ถึงประตูเท่าแพ และเยี่ยมชมบูธของแต่ละองค์กร สนับสนุนผลผลิตจากฟาร์มในท้องถิ่นและผลิตภัณฑ์แฮนด์เมด จากชุมชนผู้หญิงนักปกป้องสิทธิมนุษยชน
18.00 น. – 20.00น. :
– ต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมวันสตรีสากลปี 2563
– อ่านแถลงการณ์วันสตรีสากลประจำปี 2563 : แผนปฏิบัติการสิทธิมนุษชนผู้หญิง (Women’s Global Strike’s Plan for action) แผนปฏิบัติการแถลงการณ์หนึ่งพันล้านเสียงเพื่อยุติความรุนแรงต่อผู้หญิง และอ่านแถลงการณ์ของชุมชนและ / หรือองค์กรในเครือข่าย (แรงงานข้ามชาติ, เยาวชน, ผู้หญิง, ผู้หญิงที่มีความหลาหหลายทางเพศ, ผู้หญิงชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง, พนักงานบริการ, ผู้หญิงสูงอายุ, ผู้หญิงผู้พิการ, ผู้หญิงไร้รัฐ ไร้สัญชาติและนักสตรีนิยม ฯลฯ)
– ชมการแสดงและการแสดงดนตรีของชุมชน เครือข่าย
20.00- 20.15 น. : การเต้นรณรงค์ระดับโลกหนึ่งพันล้านเสียงเพื่อยุติความรุนแรงต่อผู้หญิง (One Billion Rising) By V-Day Thailand
20.15- 20.30 น.: ร่วมกันปิดงานและช่วยกันเก็บสถานที่จัดงาน

Every year International Women’s Day is celebrated on the 8th of March. It’s the day to acknowledge all women who are fighting in everyday life for just and equitable society. It’s also the day to Protest, Strike and Rise in everywhere around the world for advancing women’s rights.
On 8 Mgarch, 2020, in Chiang Mai, Thailand, the Civil Society Organizations for Gender Equality (CSOs GE) including Department of Women’s Studies of Chiang Mai University, Sangsan Anakot Yawachon Development Project, V-Day Thailand, Center for Women and Children, Paralegals Coalition for Rural Women, Empower foundation, Map foundation, FOPDEV, Human Rights and Development Foundation (HRDF), Migrant Worker Federation (MWF), Indigenous Women Network of Thailand, Global Campus Chiang Mai, BEAM Foundation, Shan Women’s Action Network (SWAN), Young Pride Club and Asia Pacific Forum on Women, Law and Development (APWLD) are partners to organize the International Women Day 2020 : Strike, Rise, Equity!
If you are in Chiang Mai on the 8 March, 2020, please come to join our women’s global strike march, listening to our collective statement, enjoying all performances and the music from our communities.
For the highlight of the event, it will be the last activity called #1BillionRising2020, led by V-Day Thailand in solidarity with all countries around the world. The dance is to fight for the rights of all women, girls and LBTQ and the rise for development justice.

4.30 PM -5 PM: Preparation at the starting marching point: Chiang Mai Buddhist Practice Center (พุทธสถาน เชียงใหม่)
5 PM – 5.30 PM: Women’s Global Strike March: If the Women Stop, the World Stop
5.30 PM – 6 PM: Arrive at the avenue, visiting each organization’s booth and support local farm and handmade products from women human right defenders’ communities
6 PM – 8.00 PM: International Women’s Day 2020: Strike, Rise, Equity
– Statement: Women’s Global Strike’s statements for action, One Billion Rising statement, Community’s and/or organization’s statement etc.

8.00 PM – 8.15 PM: One Billion Rising #1BillionRising by V-day Thailand
8.15-8.30 PM: Closing ceremony and you all welcome to voluntary in order to help organization committee team clean up the event venue
Additional details: CSOs for Gender Equality is a network that have been working actively for development justice, advancing women’s rights, Gender and SOGIESC equality. Our network mainly focuses on using human right approach, intersectionality and feminist analysis in order to empower women, girls and LGBTIQ, development tools and knowledge to advocate at all levels, as well as mobilizing people’s movement for development justice that involves women, youth and LGBTIQ across various groups of people such as Indigenous people, Women, LGBTIQ, people with disability, elderly, people living with HIV, sex workers, migrant workers, children and youth, indigenous who holding landless and stateless status as well as feminist women human right defenders etc.
