“Chiang Mai Pride 2019: ๑๐ ปี เสาร์ซาวเอ็ดรำลึก”

เนื่องในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 21 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2562 เป็นวันยุติความรุนแรงต่อคนที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ ซึ่งทั่วโลกต่างร่วมกันเฉลิมฉลอง รวมทั้งรำลึกการต่อสู้ของคนที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ และสืบทอดเจตนารมณ์ที่ต้องการให้ผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศได้รับการปกป้อง คุ้มครองให้ปลอดภัยจากความรุนแรง ยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิต และสะท้อนถึงประวัติศาสตร์ของกิจกรรม Chiang Mai Pride หรือ “เสาร์ซาวเอ็ด” ที่กำลังจะครบรอบ 10 ปีในวันดังกล่าว
เครือข่ายความหลากหลายทางเพศ ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มนักศึกษาเพื่อความเท่าเทียมทางเพศ (Young Pride club) มูลนิธิเอ็มพลัส มูลนิธิ เอ็มพาวเวอร์ มูลนิธิแคร์แมท สมาคมฟ้าสีรุ้งแห่งประเทศไทย เครือข่ายแรงงานภาคเหนือ สำนักงานคุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพภาคเหนือ สำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดใหม่ และภาคีองค์กรภาคประชาสังคม ประสงค์จัดกิจกรรม “Chiang Mai Pride 2019: ๑๐ ปี เสาร์ซาวเอ็ดรำลึก” ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 21 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2562 เวลา 18.00 น. – 22.00 น. ณ พุทธสถานเชียงใหม่ ไนท์บาซาร์เชียงใหม่ และ ลานอเนกประสงค์ ข่วงประตูท่าแพ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยกิจกรรมจะประกอบด้วยการเดินขบวนรณรงค์หรือ Pride Parade การแสดงศักยภาพของกลุ่มผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ การอ่านคำแถลงการณ์ประวัติศาสตร์การต่อสู้สร้างความเข้าใจอันดีของเครือข่ายผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ และการประกวด Chiang Mai Pride Ambassador 2019
Thursday, February 21, 2019, is the day to remember past violence against the LGBT community. People all over celebrate this holiday together by remembering the struggles of the community. 10 years ago, on this day, Chiang Mai’s pride festivities were threatened and shut down by counter protesters. Since then Chiang Mai has not had Pride festivities. This day is used to remember that event and bring together the community. We now stand for protection. We stand for the right to be safe from violence We stand for the right to raise our quality of life and reflect on the history of our community.
The LGBT network an organizations that have worked on issues of gender and sexual diversity for 10 years, wish to organize the event “Chiang Mai Pride 2019.” To be held on the 21st of February 2019 from 18.00 hrs. to 22.00 hrs. The Pride Parade will start at the Chiang Mai Religion Practice Center and end at Thapae Gate (See attached map for more detailed route). This event will consist of a campaign parade or a Pride Parade, showing support for the LGBT Community and more. At Thapae Gate speakers will reflect on the community’s history and current events.
2019年2月21日星期四是纪念过去发生的同志庆典暴力事件的日子。10年前的这一天，清迈的同志庆典受到反对者的威胁并被强制取消。从那以后，清迈就再没有举行过这个庆典。我们将联合整个同志相关社区，通过这一天来纪念这一事件。我们主张同志应当享有自我保护的权利，不受暴力侵害的权利；我们主张提高同志的生活质量并反思我们社群的历史。
清迈的LGBT社交网由青年同志俱乐、基金会和清迈的其他LGBT组织构成。这些组织一直致力于性别和性别多样性问题工作，希望在2019年2月21日18:00举办“清迈同志庆典2019”游行活动。同志游行时间从18点到22点—以清迈宗教实践中心（Chiang Mai Religion Practice Center）为起点，以Thapae门为终点（更多详细路线见附图）。活动内容包括竞选游行/同志游行，展示对同志社群的支持等等。在Thapae门，演讲者将回顾同志社区的历史和当今要闻。

20.15 น. – 20.25 น. กล่าววัตถุประสงค์ของงาน และประวัติศาสตร์การต่อสู้ 10 ปี “เสาร์ซาวเอ็ด”
20.25 น. – 20.35 น. จุดเทียนรำลึกประวัติศาสตร์ “เสาร์ซาวเอ็ด”
20.35 น. – 20.50 น. กล่าวแถลงการณ์ถึงเหตุการณ์ความหลากหลายทางเพศในปัจจุบัน
20.50 น. – 21.00 น. เริ่มการประกวด Chiang Mai Pride Ambassador 2019 และแนะนำกรรมการ
20.45 น. – 21.00 น. Chiang Mai Pride Ambassador 2019 รอบเดินแบบ
21.00 น. – 21.10 น. ประกาศผู้เข้ารอบ 5 คนสุดท้าย
